A clunker! hahaha hey you know what, i think thats illegal, the whole point for cash 4 clunkers was to get all of those polluting cars off the road. that car shouldnt have left the lot unless it was on a tow truck lol!!!

That Grand Prix is NOT a Cash for Clunkers car. It's sinply a rental car, and has been treated like one. It sucks for the OP, but there's no point bitching about it. It's better than no car at all. Deal with it for a week, and then get back t your normal life with the TL. And why does it matter what car you show up with to a wedding?

once again proving the sales dept has no relation to the service dept besides providing them with cars to service!!
Its the service MANAGER you want to have Goodwill with!

I once rented a car for a wedding and they brought out a pos- dirty everywhere-how can you think of charging my money for this car!!!
same issues with dresses and suits...
When I complained and reminded them for the 5th time since making reservation a month before-- it was for MY wedding,,they brought out a nice 929 (back in the day)
The dealer is not obligated to even provide a loaner- be grateful for whatever you get or rent a car on your own--thats life
