DDM HID's

http://www.ddmtuning.com/index.php?p...=102&parent=85
why are these so cheap? does anyone have any experience with them?
I also heard their color chart is messed up and 8000k looks like 6000k and 10000k looks like 8000k. Let me know what you guys think.

I have this kit. I don't know why it's so damn cheap but I have had 0 problems with it whatsoever. I even bought one and sold it to a classmate for $100 and he was amazed at how good the quality was "for a $100 kit".

But yeah, the 8000k bulbs look pure-white like 6000k. I'm running the DDM 12000k bulbs and they're barely blue.

I also got my HIDs for my bike from them and they work perfectly in it. I would definitely recommend DDM tuning

yep, i have the raptor kit from DDM and I love it! No problems whatsoever and shipping is pretty quick!

I have the 6000k's for my lower fogs, with 6000k kaixens and switchback LED's, they all seem to match close enough

Yup, me and my 2 friends are rocking DDM Tuning kits as well.

FOllowed Ifriarse(sorry if i screwed up your name) advice on the temperature readings and glad that i did. 8k bulbs give off a good amount of light and I like the color of them.

I swapped in 8k regular lights, 8k fogs, my boys ran 3k fogs on their accord and MDX with 8k regular lights.

No problems so far.

I got a pre-wired relay off ebay. Don't know if I needed it or not, but I've never had any problems with my HID's in regards to flickering or delays. They work as if they're oem.

This is a good read..http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum....php?t=1127948

Main difference is that I can see is that the Raptor is a inhouse brand while the other brand is something they distribute/have partial ownership. Also, the Raptor brand has a 1 year warranty as opposed to a lifetime warranty.

Ya i saw this and WOW how cheap is that... i called the dealer to get replacements and they said $194 EACH!!!!
i ended up buying only one from napa auto parts for $110 but is yellow in color and doesn't match the stock hid whatsoever. i know i should've bought two but thank god i didn't waste another $100 on yellow. i think im gonna place an order from these guys tonight!

I just installed my 6000k hid's from ddmtuning.com and they look freak awesome!

they are a tiny bit blue'er than stock which is ok by me!!!

very VERY happy with these, the way the lights and my wallet look.

planning to buy a kit for type s, but i am still thinking which hid color would look best for 07 fogs light.

OEM + yellow hid?
OEM + 6000k hid?

which set up would give the tl more luxury looks?

thanks
