No, I don't think so. It looks as if it's part of the weave of the Carbon Fiber behind it, so it's not a sticker.
I guess you could always put a new piece of Di-Noc on it.

It's all good! I enjoy seeing yours! That looks really nice! 
I'm still waiting on exactly how much this is going to cost me, we will see.
If it really ends up being over $1000 then I'm going to give up on the flat bottom portion. The carbon is a must for this project.
