if i were u i'd move to delaware, get a low digit tag at any cost, and then order a black & white tag. And then transfer that tag from vehicle to vehicle whenever u get something new. We may not have much else here in delaware, but we have the nicest lookin tags for sure. Oh and they are also an investment, my 5 digit tag is worth about $500-$1000 n tag number 6 just recently sold at auction for $650,000.
