Do we have any current Acura Tech's that pop on these boards who work for any of the Chicagolands dealership?

 

I don't know of any but I do have to say something to anyone in the Chicagoland area:

McGrath Acura of Morton Grove SUCKS!!!!

Every other dealer is better. (My personal favorite is McGrath Acura of Westmont)

Yea, I would recommend either McGrath Acura of Westmont or Muller's Woodfield Acura

It is OT but its TOTALLY TRUE! McGrath Acura of MG treated me like S*** so the next day i went to McGrath Acura of Westmont and dropped 11k on a new TL!! F*** Morton Grove!!!! people need to know not to go there!

 

Actually, I bought and service my car @ McGrath of Morton Grove and I have really no reasons to compalin about any service they have done so far. They missed one thing one time, but they compensated it with a free oil change, and even a service manager called me to apologize which really nice and not a big deal after all (the issue). I never had any problems with loaner cars, even when I dropped of my car for just an oil change.

Sure they have not fixed rattles they cant hear or reproduce, but I do not believe any place will untill they hear them? perhaps I am wrong?
Can someone please elaborate what is soo great about Westomont and Muller places? I am willing to take my car where it gets the best service, especially when it comes to tracking down some noices/rattles, but I really wouldlike to hear some opinons on the other places I mentioned above (or any others that are in close proximity to Mcgrath acura of Morton Grove)? thank you
