Now I'm just wondering
is there ANYBODY that lives in the Northern Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland area that has any knowledge in changing stock TL headlights into
the black housing types??

Lots of information in regards to blacking out headlights, or you can get in the group buy that JNC has going on (provided its still open). Good number of members from that area here.

appreciate the help but i already visited the first link you gave me. i just wanted to know if there was actually anybody that lived around here thats actually done it so i dont make any mistakes.
um and i was also told that its very risky to disassemblethe headlights and piece em back together with silicon because they're not that reliable..is this true?
