For those that have installed a coverlay dash cover over their cracked dash, what techniques for bonding have worked long term? The supplied silicone adhesive dis-bonded quickly in high heat, even with a sun screen. This has happened twice, and with another TL I had. 3M tape didn't work well, but in fairness I really should have cleaned off the silicone residue. I live in the midwest, with temps from below freezing in winter to 100 in summer (and hotter inside the car).

I have used the industrial strength (the good stuff) from Autozone.
