Is it the same if I buy it from Honda instead of Acura?
Also, are there any advantages to using Moog or Ingalls ball joints instead of OEM?

 

Yea that is the part number. Honda/Acura same thing. No advantage with aftermarket, I haven't seen an aftermarket one that is re-greaseable with a zert. So I would say stick to OEM with these cars. Aftermarket parts for the TL always seem to not be worth it. Also make sure you use a ball-joint removal tool to get the old one out, don't just pop it out with a hammer, or the control arm sleeve will come out with it. You have to move the cv axle out of the way and take off the metal ring on the back of the hub to hammer out the old ball joint.
