Coolant Leak 2008 Acura TL
Found a coolant leak around the thermostat housing (I think) on the driver's side of the engine where the radiator hoses go into the engine. Just parked it and I can see a small puddle on the ground. Its the blue color and very oily feeling.
The pic shows a small puddle on top of the transmission. There are some wet droplets on some electrical connectors in the area like it is being sprayed. There are some white spots in that area also but that has been there. Not sure if that is dried up coolant or what.
Loose hose clamp? Faulty thermostat? Just wondering what I could do here to get this fixed or what to look at.
Thanks in advance.

I ain't right In the head
When you have a coolant leak, the radiator fan will often spray coolant droplets everywhere.
It's most likely one of the two radiator hoses. If you feel comfortable replacing them, I would just replace both radiator hoses and all 4 radiator hose clamps. They're really cheap and really easy to replace. The new ones will fit on nice and tight.
Be careful with the coolant and where it lands on the floor. Animals like to drink the shit, and it's extremely toxic.
It's more expensive but buy Honda coolant. It's already diluted with distilled water. 50/50.

Its leaking from somewhere above that bolt
Check the coolant hoses at the throttle body
If its a molded hose, buy a new one from a Honda dealer. If its just straight hose, buy the right size of coolant hose. Don't just buy any type if hose. It has to be meant for engine coolant.
Use the spring loaded constant tension clamps. Do not use worm clamps.
