I see how people easily put a a-spec spoiler on the rear by cutting up the base bumper.

Has anyone tried to convert the base bumper to a Type-S without replacing the bumper? I know the fog inserts are shaped different by having the pointy corners facing up on the base and pointy corners facing down on the Type-S.

My thoughts are to get the Type-S fog inserts and cut the base bumper to fit them. Which will now leave me with a big hole at the top of the insert because of the pointed end being reversed between the cars.

Then I would just have this hole covered up by the TL-S A-Spec front spoler which from pictures looks like it covers the entire fog insert area. Thoughts?
