Conversion to Fit '04-'06 Aspec lip to '07-'08 bumper
Does anyone have experience converting the 04-06 base Aspec front lip to fit a 07-08 bumper.
I assume the issues revolve around the fog lights.

Yes the issue is around the fog light area. The best thing to do is take it to a body shop who does custom work.
If you decide on DIY, then you will have to measure, cut, fit, repeat process. Once completed, you will have to re-enforce the back part on where you did the cutting with a bondo type material. Finally, you have to repaint the lip (sand, prime, paint and clear coat).
