"Consolidating" interior mods....

Hi, I really don't like the idea of tearing about my interior, putting it back together, then later tearing it apart again. In my experience, this causes too many rattles and blemishes and whatnot.

I have an iSimple Gateway and HD box to install, but there's tons of ideas and mods out there that would be great to do at the same time.
What else would you suggest?

Thanks!

LED all your radio controls and navi, those things are a PITA to replace and you're better off just putting LED's in them instead.
