Considering a used 04/05 TL, can I bring it in for a TSB out of warranty?

Considering a used 04/05 TL, can I bring it in for a TSB out of warranty?
Most of the TLs that I'm looking at have +60k miles on them and most are out of warranty or will be. I checked the TSB thread above and there seems to be alot of them. Say the original owner only brought it in for one TSB and after I bought the car, I don't experience anything for a few months then do, can I bring it in to be worked on?

if you buy from an acura delaer, you get a 100k mile warrenty. If not, TSBs can be considered for goodwill.
