Confirming wiper blade info

Good evening all, this is my first time replacing my wiper blades myself and based on current threads I'm uncertain if I can replace the OEM rubber/silicone on the OEM wiper blade with something like Bosch/PIAA refills, or if I have to get a compatible blade first, which then can have replacements used with it.

Do I need to get other blades first to use these silicone replacements?
