Hey guys..

I'm pretty sure JIMTHEGREEK had posted that he has Comptech Axle Back Exhaust on his 04TL..or his brother's, I think he sold his car to his bro.

Anyhow, I dont see anything on the Comptech site about an exhaust for the 04TL. I know I was one of the first people to get my 99TL and Comptech had an exhaust out pretty quick for it, because I only had the car 8 months and traded it in on a E46 2000 323ci. Anyhow, shouldn't Comptech have one out by now? Anyone know if they have one in development? The pic on their website advertising the Comptech Springs for 04TL shows a lowered TL with some kind of aftermarket exhaust. I thought I had heard a rumor that the tips would be very similiar to the exhaust tips on the A-SPEC concept, if so, that would be schweeeeet!

Someone let me know the status, I don't really like calling COmptech, they don't ever really seem to give you the time of day, or sometimes they don't answer their phone.

no seriously tho...i was wondering if anyone had some insider information. Like I said, noone over there seems too thrilled to speak to you when u call, or they always give u some damn generic info. They've always been like that.

So i was hoping someone already has called very recently and knows!!!

 

I emailed them a couple weeks ago and got a generic response that they were working on an exhaust. No ETA was given.

 

thats what i mean, they always give lame generic response on their emails. it takes them like 3 days to respond to you too!!! i wonder how the hell Jimthegreek has an axleback system on his 04TL from Comptech, maybe a PM would be in order to him to find out WTF is going on LOL!
