Since the Black Market is the only place we allow advertising, and since you know you don't have access to the Black Market, then it should follow that you are not allowed to advertise yet since you have not yet met the minimum requirements for posting items for sale or trade. When you have met the requirements you may resubmit your post.

Do not attempt to post this information again until you are qualified, which is 60 days and 30 posts.

However, I might make an exception in your case, so when you have been registered for 30 days, which will be December 16th, send me a PM and I will let you know.
