did any1 with a TL 04-06 change out the bulbs in the climate control button to the red ones in the 2007 TL

 

It's a lot of work to get that thing out of there... and I think doing just those buttons would look kinda funny.

I changed the bulbs on my gauge bezel buttons (illum/max and MID buttons) to the red ones from the TL-S. Easy to get to (just yank the bezel off), cheap (need 4), I had leftovers from doing blue led mods to seat memo buttons), and most of it all... it goes well with the blue/red gauge cluster.

 

but the bulbs will fit right

to might it look right you would need to change the blue rings to red, very easy to do if you can solder smt led's
