Suppose I want clear headlights (turn signal remains amber when on).... how do I find someone to do this for me? How much does it cost on average for a TL? Specifics are helpful becuase I have never had to worry about this with a car before, love my TL so much I am looking into these type of things for the first time. Someone posted a DIY way to clear tham but I bet I would mess it up. If it helps I am near baltimore MD (to the south).

 

Yeah man i agree with you about messing it up on the DIY. Id rather pay someone to do it the right way. Im in VA and i havent found anyone who can do it around here.

I am based in Fremont and I also had a hard time looking for lights on a 3.5tl, a local folk offered a $100 price so I decided to just have my corner lights from a dealer. Just thought I can save more for this instead.

I would pay some maddd money if someone in Dallas were able to clear out my headlights.... For the locals, I've called Jotech, Joseph's, and countless others to see if they'd do it, and every single shop has said "heck no, we're not sure we're able to do the new tl yet".... talk about a bummer!

 

if you're in the so cali area, rego sports in glendale will hook you up. cost is around $200 and it is life time warranty. there was a thread weeks ago about it. a couple of us here went on a saturday before the so cali meet. ask for harry
