with the amount of debri on our crappy roads, you probably have to clear bra the entire car.

My dealer is installing 3M Clearmask (8 mil thick versus Clearbra's 6 mil) on the front & rear bumpers. Though I got it included in my overall package, they quoted a separate price of $300.

Hi JCXNY,
I sent e-mail to Chad@rockblocker about good installer.
He told me that there is an excellent installer in Keniworth, NJ, Lee Berrebi(973-477-6717).
I already talked to him about the cost, and it'll be $150-$200 for the complete kit. He also does window tinting around $250I don't remember exact price) for 7 windows(all of them except front).

I am picking up the car on Thursday and will make an appointment for tinting and clear bra next weekend.

BTW, he only does his job on Fri, Sat and Sun.

I heard and seen a lot of pictures about this clear bra. However, I still haven't seen it in person. How does it look? Is the line where bra ends noticible?

at certain angles you will see the line across. i rather not have the clear bra because i will know its there and look for it. besides i dunno about the oxidation of the paint with the bra on there. i would figure that the paint under the bra would oxidize differently that the rest of the hood. it might make it look nasty when you take it off.

Hey there guys.

I would like to help you guys out. Lee is an awesome installer and window tinter with a very good reputation. Fisherman thanks for the props

The product will not alter the finish of the cars paint in anyway. If you were to take the film off years down the road (why I am not sure), all you would see is a haze on the paint tha can be polished out. You guys have seen the old cop cars with the sticker impression where it used to be. The paint is different right. Not the case with this since it is clear and will fade at the same rate.

Here are some pics so you can see.

You can get the full kit for $320 plus Lee's labor rate posted above I guess since Fisherman already checked him out.
