Can someone recommend a good place to get clear bra installed in the NYC, NJ area. I went to the xpel site and called a few installers but none of them are picking up. There was one that I called yesterday and he said he would call me back in 1 hour and never did. I was waiting for him to call me back so I can set up an appoitment.

This one place on SI was charging $1100 for the clear bra install.

 

That's a little high. I found a place outside Baltimore that is doing my this weekend.

In NY/NJ get a hold of Thomas at Secondary Exposure(SE-EX.com) he does excellent work as is very reasonably priced

I don't know where you're from but I got mine done at Touch of Class car wash in Smithtown (LI) for $495.
Did a good job. My car is abyss blue and the lines are a little visible. I was told that darker cars will show the lines a little more. Still, it's barely visible even if you look for it and it's better than rock chips all over the front of the car.

 

Who? How much? I am considering that too, and live near Baltimore.

 

HP Racing in Glen Burnie. I am not exactly happy with them now. They did a great job but....I asked for the entire front end to be done (hood, fenders, bumper/Upper & lower trim, mirrors and headlights) and the qouted me $299. I asked if it included everything I just mentioned, they said yes. I booked an appoint to get it doen 3 weeks out.

The day I show up I ask $299 for the entire front end and go through the list, they say yes. I also ask about moleskin to protect my tint, they say the techs know what they are doing and they have done a dozen TLs with no scratch. They said no moleskin so I made them guarnatee no scratches caused by the car.

I get it installed and pick it, clear bra only on the hood, fenders and mirrors. Tech went home for the day so they say to call Sunday morning. A week later I find out their vendor (Clearshield) only does Hood, Fender and Mirrors for the 04TL. I am waiting for the owner to call about making this right. And now the tint is scratched and they are trying to find moleskin.

Sorry for the long rant. The Tint and Clearbra install were perfect, much better than my other cars so they do a great job but the are messing up the Customer service part.

 

can those with Anthracite colored TLs and also have the ClearBra or Invisiguard post pictures. I'd like to see if the film is very visible or not.
