Clear Bra Disaster!!!!

I just got my TL installed a clear bra last saturday! as I about to clean it today, i noticed some bubbles on the bumper (thank God nothing on the hood). I know this is not normal but I also noticed some "thumb mark" like images on the bra. is this normal? i'll have it redone tomorrow. about the thumb mark images, the installer told me its normal because of the stretching! need some insights! pics below.

No prob on hood so far!

Bubbles are normal and will subside in a week or two, however, the installer should have puctured and sucked the water/air out of it. About thumb prints, if they are inside the film then they will never go away. Installer should have sprayed a lot of solution on the hand while installing.

thanks. i'm not pretty sure if it was a thumb print. as you can see on the pics, its like white scattered spots, its hard to explain. if its a thumb print, are they going to replace or redone it or i have to deal with it the rest of my life.

advance auto engineering. i found them on the xpel website. funny thing is, it rained the day after the installation so probably thats why bubbles emerged. they'll going to fix it tomorrow so i'll post some updated pics afterwards.

I have had three clearbras installed over the past five years, and although they are impossible to get perfect (too many variables), that isn't a very good job. Horrible may have been a bit strong.

If you don't get better results than that, see if you can get a refund and I can hook you up with someone else. I have had maybe two or three small bubbles, but fingerprints never.

If you don't mind me asking. How much did you pay?

I had a few bubbles during my installation and it went away in about two weeks. But that print looking area, no excuse for that one. I agree with the previous posters that more lube should have been used to prevent prints and air bubbles sucked out with a syringe and then smoothed. On the bright side, that's a good price for the install and kit. BTW, did that include headlight protection?
