Clear Bra on '07 KBP TL-S

About a month ago I got a clear bra put on my '07 KBP TL-S. Went in this weekend to have a scheduled check-up. The check-up consisted of stripping down the wax, shrink heating the plastic film and re-applying some wax. I think it turned out quite well. I've already noticed that it's easier to clean the mess of bugs on the front bumper. The bra doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. Unless you're pretty close to the car or standing on the side at the right angle the clear bra is barely noticeable. I took my car to Premier Protective Films International and I would highly recommend them. They're a little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. They're located up in Fremont, CA.

How far up on your hood does it go? I couldn't even see the edge line until the last few pics. Did they do the head lights? I stared at the pic for a while, but couldn't see the edge on the film.

Looks nice.

I got the extended clear bra versus the regular one. I would like to say the extended ones covers about 24" of the hood and the regular one covers about 18". They also did the headlights, the whole front bumper, fog lights and side view mirrors. I might go back there and get the gaps under the door handles taken care of. Yeah, the clear bra is pretty difficult to see from the front. I thought it was going to stick out a lot more than it does. The detail on the bra is great. They cut out the clear film around the "ACURA" imprint on the front bumper. The check-up fixed all the small air bubbles that formed during regular body rolls/vibrations.

Nice!!!! I have a few questions for you:
(1) How does that bad boy stick to the body?
(2) How much does it cost
(3) Where can I get one?
I have to agree with the last reply - you cant even see it on the car.

random I agree looks very nice and hardly noticable at all from the pics you posted. Do you think it would be the same for black as well? also curious about the price.

(1) How does that bad boy stick to the body?
They double-heat treated the clear film to the car. So it's pretty stuck on there. And the check-up fixed any issues that might have come up since the car has been on the road. The check-up only took 20 minutes or so. So if there was something obvious coming loose/peeling, I'm sure they would take care of it.
(2) How much does it cost
I got the extended clear bra. Before taxes it came to just under $800.
(3) Where can I get one?
I got mine at Premier Protective Films International in Fremont, CA. I know they are well known around the bay area. They do tours around California from time to time.

The clear bra goes to about 18 to 22 inches up the hood. The regular package is about 4 or 6 inches shorter. The extended was about $100 extra.

you can get these for $130 on ebay for a 3M one. Then you just have to do the application yourself, i guess. I am looking into going that direction.

I wish that theinvisibleshield.com made them for cars. That film is amazing.
