Cleaning Headliner and Sun Visor

What cleaning product is safe to use to clean our headliner and sun visor? I have parchment interior and some areas have black smudges. thanks for the help

I would try on an inconspicuous location first, but I've used the Prestone upholstery cleaner on my other car with a similar color interior to remove smudges.
