"Chroming" the factory 17" wheels. Need info or advice!

retail price was listed as $1400, but they gave them to me for $800, which was supposedly their cost.
I just saw a post somewhere else in this forum where a guy said his car was waiting for the OEM chrome wheels. Maybe these are OEM after all? I'll call the dealership and ask. I just assumed that the dealer sent the wheels to a shop to be chromed.
