Chipped headlights, any way to fix?

Chipped headlights, any way to fix?

Just noticed today that I have small chips on my headlights. Anyway or products to remove? Should I install 3m clear plastic over my headlights or will the heat be to much for this type of material? It is a 2006 TL. TIA guys for any info.

you can get them wet sanded.

I have the 3M film on mine.
