Check out how we rate in resale value!

Not that I would ever consider selling it, but it's good to know!

Title says "Blue Book Names 2005 Cars With Best Resale Value"

wonder how that translates to us with 2004's?

Haha, yeah I read the same article that was posted on our local news website. They must get the same info from somewhere (the actual page itself looks identical) http://www.wxii12.com/automotive/3683444/detail.html

I always take anything from Kelley Blue Book with a grain of salt, but this is great news! Obviously a forward-looking estimate, but good nonetheless.

I'm surprised that neither Accord nor Camry cracked the top 10...also that the G35 coupe made it over the sedan.

These numbers also confirm for me another reason SUVs are terrible vehicles (bad resale value on top of horrible gas mileage and emissions and general overpricing).

I just traded an '03 TL Type S on a new 04 TL. Original cost of new TL ('03) was $ 29,150. Dealer gave me $ 21,200 on trade with an $ 1,800 discount of MSRP of new TL. As I see it that is only about 27% depreciation. The '03 had 44,000 miles on it.....

mgonzales, that's a good point, I assumed it was the 2005 version of the blue book, looking at our cars as the newest year. The 2005 isn't even out yet. They must be judging from past history. Still good news though.
