I've done much search on changing the headlight bulb and only came across DIY taking bumper off and bunch of scanned documents of HID replacement. I also found a method of changing HID headlight bulb without removing the bumper.

I'm looking for some more information on this besides those I've mentioned.

I know how to remove the front bumper so idealy, I want to know if anyone has more detailed and exact directions (w/pics and not just scanned docs) on how to replace the bulb after removing the bumper.

I am gen2 so it may be different, but the low beams get changed without removing the bumper- its done from behind the housing

 

The one without taking your bumper off is the ideal one. I just used it yesterday when I changed out my bulbs.

I had my bumper pulled off anyways, so I just used that DIY to figure out where the screws were. They are difficult to see. I also had my wheels pulled off because I was going to put the summer wheels on too, so it worked out well that way. Cuz I literally had half my body in the wheel well trying to see where the screw was.
