^ Ok that's what I want to know.

- Is this OEM?
- Does it just paste onto the stock plastic or is it the whole piece itself?
- If it is glued on, can it be easily removed?

Thanks guys,
Chad

1. yupe, www.hondacuraworld.com only sells OEM parts. they are a Honda/Acura dealer.

2. they go over the stock plastic.

3. Not sure, but should be easy. I bet once you put them on, you don't want to remove them.

Man I dunno... Seems kinda ricey to stick something overtop of stock... I'd be afraid it will wear and fall off or start curling at the corners or something...

It not a flimsy thin piece, it is very rigid.
If you adhere it correctly I don't think it will come off.

It is one of my favorite interior mods. The second I put it on I LOVED it. Really sets off the center console.

its totally not ricey, it looks like it is supposed to be there from the factory....

its put on with very thin double sided 3m tape, when you get the two pieces, clean the area with alcohol, then you just peel and stick, and its not going anywhere....

BukvaMan,

Thanks for the lead on nycdashes.com. I called them yesterday and am seriously considering purchasing a kit for my Type S. Did you buy from them? If you have their kit in your car, please post some pictures. I'd love to see what yours looks like before I buy.

I also have a lead for a trim kit from another A-Ziner who is supposed to get pricing for me. But I'd appreciate any pictures you've got.

i agree with all positive comments on these pieces. they are hard plastic, so they will not curl or whatever. they stick on, and will stay stuck as long as clean the surfaces properly. even if they lift, just use a silicon glue or something, thats what i had to do on the rear pieces. and they match perfectly, so you cant go wrong. like many have said, they should have come stock.

if it fits an 06 it should also fit the 04. i know in 07, the base TL didnt get CF, but instead some sort of dark wood like trim. only the type-s got CF, but i am not totally sure if its the same as the 04-06, but i am pretty sure they didnt change it.

if i had to bet i would say it will work just fine.

I just put them on my car. Looks awesome. This is how it should have come from the factory. Paid $38.00 from my local dealer. Best mod for the money so far!
