Leatherique > Griot's > Lexol > Maguiars

Personally, I absolutely love Griot's leather care products. Don't get me wrong, Leatherique is amazing, but the price is just too much.

I use Griot's Leather Rejuvenator... $15
http://www.griotsgarage.com/product/...urPicks&page=2

My steps...

  1. I wash the leather with warm water, hand soap, and a micro. If it's really dirty, take a Magic Eraser to it. But be very careful with that as you can take the leather right off. Dry.
  2. Turn on the heated seats, blast the heater on high, close the doors and let the car (and leather) get really warm. (Make sure you fully dry during step 1)
  3. Pour a quarter sized squirt of Rejuvenator at a time in your bare hands, rub them together to get it all warm, and then make love to your seats with your hands. This stuff goes a long way so don't go overboard. Also don't get it on any fabric.
  4. Work all leather surfaces. Rub rub rub.
  5. Turn the heated seats back on, turn the heater back on full blast, close doors. (Optional)
  6. Let it sit for 20-30 minutes. (the longer the better, the warmer the better)
  7. Wipe down with a clean micro.

This will really help with the cracks. It makes our crap leather feel like BMW leather. Soft and subtle. Nice smooth matte finish, no grease. Plus the smell, don't even get me started on how good it smells. Think Wilsons Leather store....

Hope this helps.

BTW, Advanced Auto Parts now sells Griot's products.
