Car painted on the passenger side when I bought it
When I went to go see my 2007 TLS WDP I didn't see it was painted on the passenger side it looks ok but I'm OCD and I notice it couple weeks after and they said they can't do nothing about it. It's a Lil blowerry not like the oem paint do you guys think if I buff it with the buffer it will come out ok..

your supposed to examine the vehicle before you purchase it. Now your just going to have to make the best of a bad situation. A professional can probably resolve it. pictures would be good.

The driver side is a little bit more whiter than the passenger side idk what will make it look the same as the driver side because I just hate the way it look

Had your car been in an accident prior to your ownership? (CarFax is not always accurate so never rely on that as an only source)
If the pearl in the paint is different on both sides of the car, there is a really good chance it was repainted. WDP is known for offset or mismatched paint, but it's never that drastic/covers that much surface area.

my 07 wdp type s is all over the place. light hits it and its all different but thats how the pearl paints are. Unless its that bad and has like a completely different tint to it.
Or are you talking about orange peel and not a clear reflection?

Unless you know what to look for (tape lines, overspray, etc) you can't just say a car has been repainted because it's SLIGHTLY darker. The definitive way is to get a paint depth meter and measure it on each part of the car in 3x3 squares and see the readings.
Also just know that WDP isn't a traditional type of paint, it's done in 3 stages with a Base, then the Pearl, and then the clear and only a few companies mix the blend together for it.

From what you describe it sounds like it was poorly repainted. Look in the rear door jam/quarter jam, and open the trunk to look in the trunk jam for tape lines. If the color is noticeably different, they did a poor job blending the panels, or used the wrong variant of the WDP, or mixed the paint wrong. If the clear is marred (many light scratches) it could be due to frequent aggressive washing. The area that was refinished was slightly softer while the clear fully cured over 30-60 days. Its possible that area with fresh clear was scratched up by improper washing.
Polishing will take care of the light scratches and marring, but polishing will not change the color. Although It might make the color difference appear less noticeable if the complete car is shiny and clean.
If a panel was replaced new, or sanded down to the original primer, its possible for a mil gauge (paint thickness) to measure the same as an OEM metal panel. But obviously where there is filler glaze, primer build, refinished panels, or color blended panels, the mil gauge will show a higher amount.

No I know for a fact it's painted over on that side because there is over spray on the rubbers on the windows and the back windshield in the creases bro

In the door jams the paint looks like oem but outside it looks darker so yea they painted it over because it's rough in the door jams I guess because of the over spray
