the car dealership messed my car up!

So i need you all's thoughts on this - in continuation of my saga of my car damage from it being backed into the garage......

John Eagle Acura called me to say my car was ready.

I arrive and find

1)peices of dirt the blew on the car as the paint was drying - the manager just said its clear coat that needs buffed down.

2) it appears near the acura logo that someone used a brush? when painting this spot? There are brush lines........ - manager said this will buff out....

3) the bottom right corner of the trunk is peeling now. - they said they will "touch it up"

4) on BOTH side panels the aparently blended the paint to match the trunk, and now i have two messed up panels due to the dirt specs in the paint - manager said its clear coat....

i say BULLLLLL crap

i refused to take possesion of my car, and they are "out of loaner cars" . so they rented me a honda civic??

MAnager promises the car to be ready tomorrow.

My question is, can i just take possesion tomorrow of my car, if the work is unsatisfactory, and take it to another dealer w/o paying john eagle??????

HELP!!!!!!!

when i picked up my car there was a dent right in the middle of the top of the trunk

and the steering never felt right... i don't know what it is it feels like it pulls left and right randomly on a stright and flat surface (i thought it was the wind or soemthing as it was pretty windly up here for the past couple of weeks) but now im pretty concerned...

im bringing it in tommorow - i dont know how or if theyll help fix the suspension cause i guess it would be pretty hard to pin point (or even reproduce) - and they said thell fix the dent

Im kind of wishing i was liek you and just didnt take delivery of the car and demanded a new one or something - there was alsmot 200km on the OD too and the sound setting were all messed up and the warning sticker on the nav was ripped off - feels liek the car wasnt new, even though it was an 06

That's tough... my dealers scrape my front lip all the time too, anyways I doubt that another dealership would pay to get it fixed, because it's not a warranty thing so it wont be covered through out all the Acura dealership.

YOU are the consumer, YOU hold all the cards. If they tow it, sue them.

But don't take it until its right. You'll regret it and probably end up trading the car off at a huge loss.

^^^^ I totally agree, they are the one who are responsible for it, because they are the one who damaged it, if they don't do everything possible to get it fix like it was new again... you have every right to sue them and they will be out much more money then they would have to get it fix in the first place. Don't take the car if it's not to your satisfaction.

Bring a Camera and take pictures if there are still problems. Dont take the car back and if you still have problems with them call Acura directly.

Where is this dealer so others don't make the mistake of bringing their cars there.

got the car back last night, flawless paintjob this time, i cant even tell.

Although the word "acura" has a slight tilt and looks crooked, but i wanted my car back... i can just have them fix that when im in for an oil change or something.

I had John Eagle install Comptech springs and Koni shocks on my 00 TL. They neglected to put the bumpstop on the left front shock and after I took possesion the car would bottom out on the right side occassionaly. I got under it an figured it out right away.

I always hated the service at that place. There was always an air of tension that you cut with a knife everytime I went there. Judging by the way the service advisors changed every three months its no surprise. Anyplace where the car salesman has to call the front desk and have them dial long distance is a pretty messed up work enviorment.
