Thanks, everybody for your concerns....I really feel like the Acura community is on my side which is a great feeling. I really don't know what shattered the rim like that I guess the Impact was on it. I also am ok the reason I want the car to be totaled is that the transmision hit the floor and when the tow truck was putting it on the lift they were scraping the car on the floor which infuriated me but that the only way they could get it on the lift fast to get traffic moving. If the vehicle is totaled what is the best way to get the maximum amount for it because my car was in mint condition with no problems what so ever. It was a 04 TL with 60k non navi but very clean! How much do you guys think I will get if its totaled......Btw my insurance is Geico if that helps lol. Also, how much can a get a type s for now a days?
holy sh*t man. thats ridiculous..def looks totalled. im glad you are ok..was there anyone else in the car, as someone mentioned above it does look like something hit your windshield. if there were i hope they are alright as well.
you should get a good amt back..when i got into a car accident in 2007, the insurance company gave me 17K for my 03 with approx. 60K on it. keep us updated on your situation.

I don't know why the wheel does that. But the car is a solid car and I definetly feel safe in it. The windshield cracked because of the front airbag. I hope they offer me my car value- $800 and let me keep it I will def fix it up myself take my time on it. Thank god I owe about 12k on it so its not so I don't need the gab insurance.

Last Saturday 1/31 I was in a car accident too. So I feel you, best thing is that you're safe. I babied my car since day one.. but it should be good to go next week. I hope yours will be too

I am sorry to hear that about your accident I hope everything is ok with you. I also am anxiously awaiting to hear from my insurance so I know what I can do. If my car is totaled I hope I don't have a hard time finding another one.
