Can you still haggle if...
The dealer has to order or trade for the car you want? If so, what is a fair (good) deal for a Anthracite/Quartz/Navi/6MT? Just the car not the TT&L.
Absolutely - you can ALWAYS haggle. If they won't haggle just walk out. I'm not sure what market prices are right now in OK, but you can probably get it for about $33,000 before TT&L.
I got a quote for an ordered car from Mark Stilwell (stilwell65@yahoo.com) at a Wichita dealer for 33895 in march and that was before any negotiation. You may be able to do better than that since the 2004 model year is almost over. I'd recommend emailing all the dealers in the areas you specified and ask them to give you a bid on the model you want. From what I read, I think there have been some pretty good deals in OK.

Yes you can do this. I did it with a 2002 Ford Explorer. That was a lot easier since there are so many dealers. I did it with the TL which is currently on order and got it for 33900 (6mt navi) before taxes. There seem to be a lot better deals to be had back east, but I think my price was pretty good for the Denver market. The great thing is the car is so awesome that even full retail is a good price (but no point in paying more than you need to).

I got $31,695 via an internet quote. When I called the dealer to talk to him, I asked him if there was any more room for improvement on the price and he came down another $300. I think the internet is the best way only because you ping several dealers at once and they are more willing to negociate based on the fact that they know you have been shopping a few dealers already. Just make sure you don't tell the next dealer what the last dealer gave you and when you get a fair price you are satisfied with, have them send you the quote in writing before you drive all the way to their dealership. Good luck.

Got a question for you v6akord02
I am also looking for a TL in OK (actually the OKC area). The only Acura dealer is Bob Howard, is that who you are dealing with? If so tell me how it is going, since I live 135 miles away it isn't the easiest to do. Let me know.

When you get your price, have them email exactly what was agreed on (and specifically have them corroborate the out the door cost to avoid the silly bumping - adding extra fees when you arrive - that sleeze types still do). Bring in outside loan/leasing sources when you go pick up the car or do the app, so they can't try and get you there (they always seem to be able to match, don't they?).
This way, you won't be victim to some of their ploys - good cop/bad cop between the salesman trying to be your buddy and the finance manager, the waiting game where they pretend to run and talk to the manager, but leave you waiting long periods of time to wear you down, and so on. You will only need to see them to pick up keys and drive off.
In this manner, I scored 30,850 for a non-navi - close to the bottom from what I have seen on this forum and elsewhere. For other reasons, I chose a 31300 deal today and put down a deposit (will be joining the anthracite crew). The lower deal was 6 hours away - it would have only cost me $150 one way flight and a lovely 6 hour drive back in a new TL (I used another posters tip on locating dealer inventory through the Acura.com website far away yet within cheap and easy flights from my hometown to expand my search).
I love this technique - it also scored me a Toyota Highlander for my wife that was one of the lowest prices posted on a Toyota forum.
