I know this is pretty much ass backwards but i know if anyone has done this before, here is the place to ask. My friend has a 07 tl type s and wants to put calipers from a base on his car so he can use the wheels he has. he doesn't race or go fast. hes more like low n slow.. I told him about spacers etc but doesn't want to do it. Question is he bought a base model tl for parts ..
COuld he swap the whole front knuckle onto his s model so he can use the calipers? I know people put the brembo's on base models but never heard the opposite.

Not even worth the time or money to downgrade. Tell him to buy new rims of proper offset. Unless they are some crazy ass expensive rims
