Can someone help me measure the bumper cutouts for the exhaust?
I'm curious of the width and height of the bumper cutout for the exhaust and if it tapers the further it goes in. Pics would be great. I'm thinking about an exhaust project when I get the TL.

If your friends have TL's, would they let you look at their exhaust cutouts and measure them for yourself?

Ok, if you look at that cut straight, the width and height is 6 x 3.

But, if you measure the width on the cut, from left to right, it's 8 inch.


Anyway, if I'm wrong, someone will post to correct...

HEre you go. It's 6.5" wide at top and 8.5" on bottom and it does not taper. I measured at the inner peice of the bumper which is kindda gray. If this helps.

Thanks Guys. Another member measured the outside of the opening and the inside and took closeup pics for me and emailed them to me.

Post pics and draft of what? If everything works out financially, I will be getting a 6spd non-navi abyss blue pearl in 3-4 weeks and a week after that I'll have part of my project done. All I can say is that I'm looking for a classy look and some real nice eye candy.
