Can someone help find this part number?

I noticed the TL-S has a Chrome Strip above the License Plate instead of the ugly Satin one on the Base Models.

Can anyone help me find this part number? I've searched everywhere--

I dunno if you can purchase the strip only but it could be that whole rear trim piece there. Just sayin that might help with your search.
