I have spent weeks searching these forums, if there is another that answers my questions please post it.

I have a J32a3 engine with the 3.7L intake manifold and throttle body. I first wanted to know, does the 3.5L type S cam fit on my engine and does it have a bigger profile? Would there be a benefit from doing this swap?
my next question is, are there other Acura models that have more aggressive cams that will fit my engine? You guys are really smart and I always hear about swapping parts from different models that fit other models for a gain in hp.
what is the most aggressive cam that will work for my set up?
I have HFPC, j pipe with third cat delete and mid muffler delete, 2.5 inch exhaust, and the 3.7L top half and injen CAI.

yes TLs camshaft fit in your 3.2 TL

I have RL camshafts. they make more power than TLs. Probably gain 10whp without tuning is my guess.

RL >tls = 09 mdx camshaft > j32a3 = j30a4/5

 

Ok now a head question. What would give more power the J37(don't know which variation) heads or J35A8 heads?

 

Sorry to revive an old one, but what Year RL would the cams come out of? Is there a specific model I need to look for?
