CAI Question

Was looking at how my BMW takes in air vs the stock TL. The BMW is pretty efficient compared to the TL's stock intake.

I was wondering if the aftermarket TL - CAI tubing gets hot to the touch after you have been driving a while?

I can't tell you about the BMW vs. Acura part, but my CAI is hot nearer to the TB, but when I touch it closer to the bumper, it's very cool.
