Hello all,


I recently found and paid for a A/C Control Unit from a 2008 Acura TL and when I was going to install it on my 2005 TL I noticed it didn't match the connector in my car. Does anyone know if I can make it work or should i cut my losses and return the item to the Ebay Seller?

Not certain as to the exact part you purchased, but the module assembly for a base 2008, will only fit a 2007/2008 and as you see that the wiring is not correct, depending on the seller's return policy, I'd return the unit.
The assembly has a different part number for each year prior to 2007.

 

It is the display for the radio and the A/c and Heater, there wasn't anything wrong with mine I just wanted the one out of the 08 because it looked WAY BETTER then the one in mine. I am going to to go the junk yard to see I can some how make this work in my 05.

I do want to hank you for giving your opinion on this.
