As a comparison, Goodson has a CPO ’08 WDP/Ebony, 20,500 miles, also non Nav, for $27988. I'm assuming both have some wiggle room, but how much is up to the dealer, but can't hurt to come in low. All they can say is no. I'd offer they $27000 for the car, if they don't take it, get the one from Goodson, if it's still available.

This is the dealership I bought my '05 navi TL from back in July. Nice place and friendly. The internet sales guy, Stephen, has been real good at following up about once a month to check in. Came down a bit on price for me, but they do move a lot of TLs and know they sell... definately have options.

Being a non-navi hurts resale big time. Trade in value for that car is only around $23k, so thier asking price is a bit of a rip off.
I'd pay no more than $26,500 for it personally.

Acura TL prices have risen dramaticly this past 5 months. Not only that but Acura dealers typicly spend $1300-$2300 in reconditioning on a nice CPO acura. Look at the price guides and edmonds. Youll see that these CPO cars bring more money. $29000 ish is about what most Acura dealers ask for a CPO TL. I sell 08 TL for about $27500.
As far s TL-S being cheaper.well...Ive noticed the tl-S we have, (and we have about 5 of them) tend to stick around longer that Base TL or Navi. They cost slightly more, but cost of ownership is higher, ie: Gas, Tires, and the biggest is the insurance premiums are higher.
As far as a non navi being WAYYY less valuable or harder to sell...That is simply not true. You can assume that people want the navi, but reality is most people realize they dont "need" the navi, or the fact they are buying Preowned, they tend to stay clear of it in fear of future repair costs of something they dont really need. This is why the book values in the Blackbook are only about $400 higher for the navi.
