Buying This TL today

Cruisin'
You can get a better price. I just bought an 05, 6spd with 73k for 13,500. There were a few chips in the paint on the front bumper from road debris and that was it. No dents scratches or dings in the entire car and the interior was immaculate. New tires (michelen) whole 9.
The dealer sounds shady you should do a thorough inspection. Use this checklist... its great
http://www.dmv.org/buy-sell/used-car...work-sheet.php
-take the oil cap off. use a flashlight to look inside the head. The darker the brown the worse. A dealership cant hide poor oil maintenance.
-Check all VIN's (doors, hood, trunk)
-Look for exess orange peel in the paint. This is a sign the car has been repainted
- Look at the welds on the trunk hood and fender. If any of them look different or not close to perfect the car has most likely been wrecked
Hope this helps

Update!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is much more to buying a car than just number of miles and price.
Which color is better?
Which interior color is better?
Is it better to by a car with low miles after lease without any service records? or
Higher miles car that was financed without service records?
Even higher miles with plenty of records?
Is it available for a test drive or is it thousand miles away?
There are plenty of non car issues. Is there a car available to drive or you need to rent/borrow? Are there any issues with the car you have? How much does it cost to wait?
Some people make $500 per day and some per week.
Some have kids and cannot spend weeks meeting people from craigslist.
There are many more questions when buying a USED car and each one of us will have different priorities.
To OP remember that you are not buying a car to please all this people on this forum.
Good luck finding a car that is right for YOU.

I went ahead and bought the car. The price may have been high, but the vehicle has integrity. Since my wife and my son loved the car, out of all the other ones we looked at, I took it to Acura for a thorough inspection; it costs me close to $200 after tax. According to the inspector, the only thing that required immediate attention was the brake fluid. It needed to be flushed out because it was somewhat dark. The place took care of it as part of the deal. Everything else was in great condition. I bought the car, despite the price, for three main reasons: 1- It was well maintained by the previous owner (The interior looks well taken care of.) 2- It drives very smooth. 3- The dealer was willing to help in any way they could. That made a real impact on our decision to go on with the deal. I just didn't like the finance guy.
Thank you for all your helps, guys.
I love the CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Getting it detailed on Wednesday. I 'll post pics, then. As for the Legend, that's my sweetheart; and it's been so for 12 years. I'm keeping it in my garage, still hoping to find what's wrong with it. I plan to take it to the dealer to see what they'll come up with.

Best option yet. Trust me, i know the urgency on wanting to get a ride, or even a nice one right away. It took me at least 4-6 months before i purchased my TL. During that time was just researching on a good TL with low mileage and in good condition and it paid off, with a 06 Base nighthwk perl/ 63k for 16k mint condition non- navi. The navi and other stuff can add on later but it was worth it. Plus, your insurance likes it even more when its in the 60k range n under in regards to mileage.

Hey Why would an insurance company like it or dislike a car with 60K miles?
what if a car had 150k miles.
or what if a car had 22k miles.?
how does this effect your premium?
