yeah, good luck to the guys buying and servicing @ Ramsey Acura....they SUCK.....i gotta say, sales experience was great, car was delivered flawless....BUT....service SUCKS monkey balls......you should see how they beat the SHIT out of the customer cars in for service.....i almost beat the shit out of one of the service techs one day for flooring a brand new RL. STAY AWAY

Park Ave acura is the shit....they're so professional, the place is nice, they are fast, THEY HAVE BRAND NEW 04 TL LOANERS....it's just amazing....

my visits at Park Ave Acura have been great!!
i like the way they sell/install after market products for Acuras.
this way, everything is covered under warranty.

but how is that possible...i thought that if u install after market products....then it automatically voids a warranty....like if i were to put TVs in my headrests then....just....bleh..there goes the warranty for my seats...

You buy the Comptech part from them and they install it, its waranteed for 3 years. Comptech is kind of like the AMG of Mercedes, its aftermarket, but its waranteed by the dealer if they install it. There are only select dealers that are "certified" to install their parts, and Park Ave is one of them.

I drive 2 hours to Clinton Acura for my cars. In a few weeks I will be buying my third car there. 97CL, 03TLS, and finally the 05 Nav. They are very honest, small dealership. They treat you real good. Ask for DG. He will tell you strait up how much he has to make on the TL this month. Take it or leave it. Tell him John Ponticello suggested his dealership.

I'm quite surprised I'm the first to mention them. Bill Vince owns this and the Clinton dealer. Tom- service mgr. is the best- lot's of personal attention. Patrick was my sales guy.

I bought an '04TL from them last year, and just bought an '05 MDX.

Montclair Acura

I cant believe anyone would recommend Montclair Acura. I have a friend who works for the NJ Dept of Consumer Affairs and he tells me that Montclair Acura has the most complaints out of any Acura dealership in the state, and DCH (the parent company) has more then half of all of the dealership complaints as well.

I picked up my TL from Open Road in Wayne and they were a pleasure to work with.

I would also recommend Joe D'Amico at Park Ave. Acura. The guy's a straight shooter and, even if you don't buy a car from him, he'll have you rolling on the floor

The correct 4 year registration fee is $222.00. Please see the sticky on top. We are running a special for all Acura Zine members.

I'm not sure if that is true or not but theres has got to be a reason why we are the largest Acura volume dealer in NJ and currently ranked 4th in the country. We don't sell so many cars because we overcharge or we treat our customers badly its just that you cant please every single customer out there. We try our best but there are some people out there that just cant be satisfied. When you sell almost 200 cars a month every month, there might be a complaint or two but we try our best to keep everyone happy.

Our CSI ( Customer Satisfaction Index) score for 2004 was 97.1 this is an average of every single new car sold by our dealership in 2004. Last year the district average (NJ) was 96.4 and the national average was 95.7. So as you can tell our average is higher for both in the state and nationally.

Hope this clarifies a few things.

Number 1 your sales team lies. The day I was supposed to pick up my car my salesman called me and said somebody backed up into it!!! I did my research and found out the car didn't have navigation like it should have, so he lied instead of being honest. The car he then got for me had a pinstripe (terrible) and didn't give me the all season mats and trunk tray like promised

number 2 Your service department is terrible. Took 2 months to order a new seat cover. When I finally picked my car up from service, THEY REPLACED THE WRONG SEAT!!!!! Absolute idiots.. I wouldn't trust them with my 10 speed bike.

STRONG RECOMMENDATION ACURA OF OCEAN FOR SALES AND SERVICE.!!! within 3 days from my call to Acura of Ocean, my car seat cover was installed.

I'm sorry you feel that way but with the amount of cars we sell once in a while a mistake will be made, we are only human and i am sure every dealership has made a mistake here and there. You have to look at the bigger picture. You dont compare it to all the SATISFIED customers but just an unsatisfied one.

When you get a chance and if you want shoot me an email. Maybe we can mend the sour relationship you have here with Montclair Acura. I'm just doing my job and earning a living. I am not here to lie or cheat people.

MONTCLAIR

That's the most honesty I've heard from someone at Montclair. I know you're not part of the problem. Thanks for showing concern.

I got mine from Open Road Acura in E-Bruns, NJand dealt with Mark Gershman. Awesome guy. Invoice (30,500) plus Pro-Pack (wheels, trunk trya and splash guards) for free. Came to 33K out of the door after all TTL.

Walked in offered 500 below invoice or 30K straight, he said invoice. We said fine, all said and done pickin it up Thursday. Will give my opinions on it..

Hey Fuenfer,

I just got my NBP/Ebony 6 speed navi from Ramsey Acura two weeks ago for $32,700. The price included destination. My salesman also threw in all season mats, trunk tray and wheel locks. Feel free to PM me if you need more info. Good Luck.
