The current TL Spec OEM Honda 15400-PLM-A02 is made by Fram.
The Old TL Spec OEM Honda 15400-PLM-A01 was *I think* made by Filtech (NOT certain on that).
The S2000 OEM Honda 15400-PCX-004 which is *very* close in design to the Old TL Spec is made by Filtech (previously made by Toyo Roki).

According to the filter reference charts, the correct filter is the M-110. The M-104 does fit and appears to work fine. How do I know this?
Well, I was in a hurry and grabbed an M-104 (right next to the M-110) off the shelf by mistake. Installed it during my oil change the next day (old filter was OEM, first time I switched to M-1 filters). Car ran fine for 7,000 miles and then the MID said it was time for an oil change. Went to the store, not in a hurry this time and grabbed an M-110. Went to change the oil/filter and pulled off the M-104. WTF? It was only then that I realized my earlier mistake.
Oh well, the M-104 didn't seem to cause any problems. That was about 40,000 miles ago and engine is running fine. Been using M-110 ever since.
