I ordered a few times from them with no problem, as a matter of fact I paid them about $1400 for an extended warranty. Try calling Tim directly at the dealership, I believe it's Ray Laks Acura. Good luck...

I really think your jumping the gun a bit and not sure why you opened a thread bitching out HONDACURAWORLD. Saying your never going to order from them is probably your own loss. Tim is usually on top of his game about orders and his last intention is to screw any Aziner out of any money.

Just give it some time and a phone call wouldnt hurt and also since your from canada shipping takes a bit longer and there are additional forms to fill out. Morale of the story is the longer thinks take to get them the more you'll appreciate them

Well, since you're in Canada, don't things take time to get through to you after everything goes through customs? Also, do you know if it's at customs right now? I've bought from them numerous times and my shipments were very timely. Then again, I'm in the States.

It took a while for me to get some things that I ordered from Tim. I was so excited to get my order that it seemed like a long time. I sent an email and any issue was resolved. After 2 weeks I got my order and everything was fine. Just be patient and everything will work out.

Like the others have said before, there is no way that Tim would try and screw anybody on Azine.

Contact Tim directly.
I've ordered numerous times and never had an issue. I found their service to be very prompt and transparent.
I wouldn't sell them short, they are a very good vendor.

I ordered from him for my first time on April 8th. Ordered the entire A-Spec kit. And just yesterday I got a shipping notification with a tracking number for fedex.

If I recall correctly, it says it can take up to 2 weeks to ship.
Anyways, I'm sure its no biggy. Phone calls are better than emails.

you do realized that you're from canada right?
do you know how much more work for Tim to ship stuff out of U.S.?

i know this because i ordered a full aspec lip kit from him before, and i talked with him regarding shipping to canada, it's too much hassle and expensive...so i got him to ship to seattle instead.

if you want something quick from the states, live in the states.

A mistake that many people make when ordering and asking a question is that they respond to the order email rather than emailing me at hondacuraworld@aol.com

The emails that are sent from the order go to the site webmaster and delay things 2-3 days for response, he has to forward them back to me. Some, on occasion, never reach me. I'm on AIM and by phone all day long every day for an instant response to anything.

On the kits (I may have forgot to put this on the lips individually) it says to allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery. This happens because some of the parts end up coming out of California to us. Most, however, come in the next day, but for some reason some colors (mostly anthracite) tend to come out of the west coast.

With the volume of orders that came through, we cleared out all of Acura's stock in all local warehouses, and they ended up shipping out of the west coast. Since it didn't state backorder, it didn't trigger anything in our system.

Again, I'm here day in and day out for questions.
