Hello all. I am a new member to the boards and have just started shopping for my first Acura. I have recently driven several mid-size performance sedans and the TL is by far my favorite. I am getting ready to test drive an 07 3.2 TL base model with 55k miles. Just thought I would check with you experts here on what to pay attention to as I am test driving, checking out this car (or others).

Looking forward to owning my first Acura! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 

I would be on the lookout for excessive rattling coming from the dash. Some TLs are known to have dash rattles right out of the factory, make sure yours doesn't have this problem or if it does and it doesn't bother you too much then you can use that as a bargaining chip.
