bumper damage, please help :(
so yesterday i backed up into a parked car. i know. stupid stupid stupid 
. pissed me off. i guess i just wasnt used to our new tint. now ive attached a picture here. (no its not my car, i dont have a picture of it right now)

Now the circle is where it was actually damaged, the black line is where a part of it popped out of the molding or socket or whatever. can i just order the 05 painted aspec rear bumper kit and put that on? or does something else need to be replaced. and could you give me some quotes and what i should be looking at for part + labor. thanks
