Break in period?
I've heard all sorts of numbers from 1000-3000 miles that I should go easy on my new TL.
The manual itself said to go light on the braking for the first 200 miles, and easy on the engine for the first 600. Most people say to take it easy for longer than that. What have been your experiences with breaking in the engine? How long should I really take it easy?
I've had my TL almost three weeks now..and I'm creeping up on 800 miles.
