Personally, I eased into mine. I did not baby it, but I did not go WOT or hit the redline for a while. As I got closer to 600 miles, I got more aggressive. Once past 600 miles, I drove however I felt like driving.
(With the exception, I won't go WOT or Redline until the car is fully warmed up).
