Brand New TL --- how many keys did you get from dealer?
I could've sworn my salesman told me I would receive three sets of keys, but after making the purchase, he handed me only two sets. I questioned him and he said that the car only comes with two sets. In the owner's manual, one pictures shows three keys (2 master and 1 valet), suggesting the car comes with three.

Just confirming what the others are saying. Mine had the valet key attached to the second set, along with the little tag that has the fob reorder codes on it.

Did you have a remote start installed prior to your purchase? If so the valet key is sometimes used for the remote start - could be why you don't have one?

I thought the ipod link was standard.
