You're about due for brake pads in the front at 25k. If you hear a squealing screeching noise when you apply the brakes- which becomes constant if ignored- thats the brake wear indicators.
Depending on if you have the factory Brembos or regular brakes is a big differance in price
If you cant work on the car yourself, find a good private shop- look in the phone book for acura specialist or import car specialist type place.
Hawk HPS brake pads are far better than the dealer/OE pads
Available at Pepboys

Cost of front brake pads
My TL is almost at 50K and I have not had to replace my front brake pads yet. And I've driven like a real maniac all these 48K miles.
So its weird that you need new brake pads at 25K.... did you try having your rotors re-surfaced? I remember the dealer that for me, and I believe that helped.
Anyway, how much do new front brake pads cost to get replaced at a dealer?
thanks guys!

Blue
there are gen 3ers out there going thru fronts in 15k-25k
Stop and go or living where you can enjoy the car are brake killers
The OP complained on screeching- common to the brake wear indicator noise
Rotora and RacingBrake both have new models for Gen3s avail in a few weeks
